Wedge Wire False Bottom VS False Perforated Bottom:

Their structural characteristics determine their differences.

Wedge wire type: V-shaped wire structure, welded with T-shaped support wire, its advantages are:

1- Compared with the perforated plate, the structure is firm and the compression resistance is strong and difficult to deform.

2- Large opening area.

V-shaped wires are arranged in parallel, and there is a long and narrow gap in the middle, which determines that the opening area of V-shaped wires is better than that of perforated plates.

3- Fast flow rate.

4- Stable gap size. The size of the perforated plate hole will change with the increase of use time, If not replaced, impurities will enter the pure wort, greatly affecting the taste of beer. V-wire structure avoids this problem.

5- Not easy to block, easy to clean.
